At Katalyst HealthCares and Life Sciences, we're seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project management professional to lead complex projects with significant bottom-line impact. You will be responsible for managing the overall development life cycle of the solution, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality work standards.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will instill best practices for portfolio documentation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate program updates to stakeholders. Your expertise in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management, will be invaluable in driving successful project outcomes.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate strong leadership, facilitation skills, and written/verbal communication skills. Experience working in a delivery organization, particularly in technical program/project functions, is essential. Your ability to navigate complex projects, negotiate with stakeholders, and influence decisions will be crucial in achieving desired results.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of iterative, agile, and prototype development practices. They should be well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite & Project, Smartsheet's, TFS, Azure DevOps, and other relevant tools. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a technical program/project function is required, as well as experience working at a company through a high growth/scaling period.

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
