Job Overview

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and stability of assigned projects. With a focus on leadership, communication, and accountability, you will be responsible for ensuring project execution meets time, budget, and quality objectives while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project management for Design Build projects, with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. They will also possess the ability to effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee all pre-construction activities.
  • Collaborate with Senior Project Manager on project estimates, with attention to details and general conditions.
  • Assist the Estimator with the Value Engineering process.
  • Purchase materials, equipment, and subcontractor services not covered by the estimating or purchasing department.
  • Draft and finalize subcontracts and purchase orders.
  • Facilitate and document Construction Plan Meetings.
  • Develop and manage the project schedule.
  • Obtain required permits and contract documents, distributing them to relevant personnel.
  • Ensure full understanding of project design and intent, and manage submittals, RFIs, and other documentation.
Construction:
  • Manage all project-related activities including subcontractor oversight.
  • Regularly update project documents and budgets, ensuring alignment with the office and job site.
  • Conduct weekly job site visits, labor reviews, and equipment delivery checks.
  • Maintain quality control, conduct inspections, and attend coordination meetings.
  • Manage change orders, cost budgets, and RFIs, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Lead monthly project review presentations and ensure compliance with safety audits.
  • Track progress on invoicing, billings, and payments, and proactively address potential issues.
