Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Lead to manage IT-focused projects with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT-focused projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Foster collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders through regular reporting.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing IT-focused projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Azure DevOps and its applications in project management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Relevant professional certifications in project management and cybersecurity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with cloud platforms, such as Azure.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and its applications in enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software products, including MS Project.
  • Experience with organizational change management (OCM).

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $60-$70 per hour, depending on experience. This is a remote role, and we offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
