  • Handle crisis management and reputation management on social media platforms
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in social media strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • 3 years of working experience in e-commerce sales or social media sales
  • Previous experience in a management role
  • Video production experience
  • Previous experience utilizing computer-aided design (CAD), Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Illustrator, desktop publishing, and web platform development software
