Bit By Bit Inc is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Technical Support Specialist dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clientele.

We are looking for an individual to fill a Dedicated Technical Support role (compensation based on expertise). In this capacity, you will be on-site and focused on a particular client.

As part of a team committed to this account, you will have the opportunity to escalate issues to our support staff.

This is a full-time role, requiring on-site presence at the client's location several days a week.

Key Qualifications:
  • Fundamental technical support for client systems
  • Develop and Maintain documentation
  • Oversee Client IT Hardware inventory
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Facilitate user onboarding and offboarding
  • Provide Audio/Visual Conference support
  • On-site presence at client location - Candidates should possess a vehicle
Responsibilities

Technical Duties:
Remote Desktop support and Troubleshooting for Windows environments

Network and Server Monitoring

Antivirus Deployment

Administration of Microsoft Active Directory Domain and File Servers

Management of Private and Hosted Email (Exchange, Office 365, Google Apps)

Email Spam and Antivirus Management

Excellent Customer Service and communication skills

Proficient in all Microsoft Office products

Experience with MFA, SSO, AD, and o365 is preferred

Professional demeanor and dedication to providing outstanding client service. We prioritize client satisfaction.

Additional Preferred Skills:
Experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments

Experience supporting Legal Firms

Network Certifications and Training (Microsoft, Apple, CompTIA, and Cisco)

Firewall and Switch Management

Minimum of 1 year experience in a Managed Services IT company is preferred.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. Relevant Microsoft and/or Apple technical certifications are advantageous.
