Senior Sales Enablement Specialist

eProductivity Software is a leading global provider of industry-specific business and production software technology for the packaging and print industries. We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Senior Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Sales Operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Deploy existing tools and develop new tools to improve sales performance within and outside of the framework.
- Assist in creating and updating user training materials, sales guides, and playbooks to improve education processes for new sales reps and existing system users.
- Drive and report on the usage of the Learning Management System for Sales and Marketing training.
- Continuously assess and improve sales enablement processes, ensuring alignment with the overall sales strategy and company goals.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment between departments and develop and distribute relevant sales collateral.
- Support the Deal Desk in their weekly sales support functions.
- Develop sales analytics for executive leadership and analyze trends to elicit key insights.
- Develop new reports and dashboards to track performance and improve day-to-day operations as needed for sales and other business functions.
- Work with key stakeholders to develop and publish sales KPIs and other metrics across executive and user levels.
- Perform cohorts and other types of analysis to produce business actionable insights and early warnings pertaining to sales effectiveness and recommendations at the individual, product, customer segment, market, and other levels.
- Implement improvements within the scope of your role and act as liaison to IT to transform IT-level requirements into improvements.
- Provide ad hoc reports, data analysis, and strategic recommendations as needed. Act as an available resource to users and be both a system and process expert.
- Help to define, implement, and evolve the reporting environment, identify key data sources, and work toward automation of operational reports to create broad visibility across the organization.
- 4+ years of experience in sales or business analysis, with 3+ years of experience in sales enablement.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills with strong Excel, Tableau, and Microsoft Power BI knowledge a plus.
- 4+ years of experience with a software company's metrics and KPIs.
- 3+ years of creating, maintaining, and tracking sales enablement functions, with an understanding of what sales teams need to achieve Closed Won.
- Preferred experience with the MEDPICC deal evaluation process.
- Interest in technology and understanding of how technology can be applied to solve business problems.
- Collaborative team player, able to form and maintain cross-functional business relationships, self-starter with a strong initiative.
- Must exhibit a 'do whatever it takes' attitude and be able to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Highly analytical with problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Be self-driven and capable of working in an intellectually challenging and stimulating environment.
- Able to work under pressure with deadlines and be passionate about learning and sales effectiveness, and how technology and process can address barriers to sales success.
- Demonstrate the ability to resolve issues independently, know when and how to escalate issues to management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to describe, educate, and persuade, as well as elicit and document business requirements.
