Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in New Orleans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multi-discipline projects within the water/wastewater/conveyance engineering and construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from early concept development through detailed design and construction
  • Build and maintain relationships with key leaders, including major municipal clients in the New Orleans region
  • Lead project teams and effectively work with technical specialists, project team members, and delivery managers
  • Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules while mitigating risk
  • Provide high-level planning and programming analysis work, including preparation of technical documents/reports
  • Stay active in professional societies where clients or potential clients are members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 10 years of related experience
  • PMP (PMI), CCM, or DBIA certification is required
  • Domestic and/or international travel may be required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering
  • Professional Engineering License (PE) or ability to obtain within one year
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external clients
  • Previous experience and demonstrated performance in the project design and delivery of medium and large multi-disciplined wastewater and/or water treatment projects in Louisiana
  • Experience as a leader, mentor, and problem solver with a determination for excellence
