We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to join our team. You will lead a team of professionals, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of assigned projects, from pre-construction through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Lead and collaborate with a team of engineers, electricians, and subcontractors.
- Ensure all projects meet electrical codes and industry standards.
- Manage project risks and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment.
- Conduct project reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years (10 years for Senior PM) of experience in electrical project management for commercial and/or industrial projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards (NFPA 70E, etc.).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other relevant project management software.
