Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our project management team in delivering transportation projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Summary:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, including transportation infrastructure projects, and ensuring that they are delivered in accordance with the project scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and vendors, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and report project progress, including identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and tools, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
