Job Summary

World Wildlife Fund (WWF) is seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our People and Culture Department, you will play a critical role in the implementation and management of our compensation activities, ensuring that our compensation program is competitive, equitable, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for compensation inquiries, providing expert guidance on salary adjustments, promotions, position leveling, and general compensation questions.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of compensation processes, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with WWF's core values and strategic objectives.
  • Conduct job analysis and salary benchmarking to determine appropriate salary ranges, partnering with external consultants to ensure our compensation program remains competitive and effective.
  • Conduct FLSA reviews to ensure accurate position classification and compliance, and audit job descriptions and postings to ensure ADA and FLSA compliance.
  • Collaborate with the HR Operations team to complete annual salary surveys, data analytics, and compensation reporting, ensuring accuracy and integrity of compensation data in our systems.
  • Develop and maintain compensation and HR-related reports and queries, utilizing various HR automated data systems to inform business decisions.
  • Lead compensation data auditing to ensure accuracy and data integrity of all compensation changes, and maintain compensation reports and queries.
  • Reconcile and process compensation invoices, monitor timely payments, and serve as the primary point of contact for compensation billing questions from third-party vendors.
  • Collaborate with the HR Operations team to timely and accurately prepare and process employees' service awards.
  • Provide recommendations related to compensation process improvements and contribute to the successful operation of the People and Culture Department.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, including 2 years of experience in HRIS data management, preferably with Workday and system implementation.
  • CEBS and/or CCP certification preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent customer service skills and ability to work with confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving, research, and analytical skills, with excellent organizational skills and sound judgment.
  • Knowledge of MS Suite, with a focus on Excel.
