Position Overview

The Diligent HR team seeks a highly motivated and analytical individual who is eager to enhance their HR experience and impact a dynamic, growing global technology organization.

This multifaceted role focuses on Total Rewards and improving operational processes while working on programs that truly impact our people and our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • General day-to-day client group support of compensation needs, coordinating closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Business Leaders.
  • Support and lead regular compensation activities, including annual compensation planning cycles, promotion review periods, and salary survey participation.
  • Conduct compensation benchmark assessments, actively seeking market intelligence and industry-specific data to inform appropriate solutions.
  • Review and approve employment offers, consulting with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Business Leaders.
  • Actively participate in compensation compliance activities across all jurisdictions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of compensation experience.
  • Maintaining high levels of data integrity and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to pivot focus quickly and move from one type of task to another efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to review, analyze, and model large data sets in Excel.
