We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst/IT Consultant to join our team at AHU Technologies Inc. As a key member of our data services team, you will be responsible for analyzing, compiling, and validating data related to discrimination incidents, cases, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and manage data using advanced data analysis and data mining techniques.
  • Engage with clients, managers, executives, and end users to analyze project objectives, data source systems, and data application specifications.
  • Design and develop MS Power BI reports and dashboards to meet the business stakeholders' needs and integrate the reports in agency applications.
  • Provide training and support to end users on using MS Power BI and SharePoint.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst working with MS SharePoint and Power BI.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with users to define requirements and build out user stories and use cases for a new case management system.
  • 6+ years of experience in IT support roles in a Microsoft environment troubleshooting PC and LAN related issues.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, data mining, and statistical analysis techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to address diverse audiences.
