About Us:
We are a rapidly expanding outpatient mental health practice in Montgomery County, MD.
This role offers a blend of remote and in-person work through Telehealth.
We are currently seeking LGPC therapists:
  • Start within a week, subject to background verification.
  • Immediate patient assignments available.
  • Receive clinical supervision from licensed professionals at no cost.

Ideal Candidate:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess mental health conditions, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Manage a caseload of 25 clients per week for full-time and 15 clients for part-time.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and collaborate with a dynamic team to fulfill our mission of addressing community needs.
  • Employ innovative interventions to assist clients in achieving their goals.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other relevant personnel as necessary.
  • Participate in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Engage in additional responsibilities as required.
Required Qualifications:
  • A master's degree in social work or a related behavioral science field from an accredited institution.
  • Must be a licensed mental health professional in the state of Maryland.
  • Experience in completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Creative and innovative approaches to mental health care are preferred.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing is ideal.
