Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be passionate about enhancing access to quality mental health care and will thrive in a culture that values autonomy, flexibility, creativity, authenticity, humor, compassion, acceptance, and determination. Opportunities are available for individual, family, and group therapy services, including Telehealth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess mental health diagnoses, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain ongoing documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Manage a caseload of 25 client sessions weekly for full-time and 15 sessions for part-time.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to address community needs.
- Employ creative interventions to assist clients in achieving their goals.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other relevant personnel as necessary.
- Participate in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
- Engage in additional responsibilities as needed to fulfill your role.
Required Qualifications:
- A master's degree in social work or a related behavioral science field from an accredited institution.
- Must be a licensed mental health professional in the state of Maryland.
- Experience in completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Creative and innovative approaches to mental health care are preferred.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families is advantageous.
- Familiarity with therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing is ideal.
