Ideal Candidate:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess mental health diagnoses, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain ongoing documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Manage a caseload of 25 client sessions weekly for full-time and 15 sessions for part-time.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to address community needs.
  • Employ creative interventions to assist clients in achieving their goals.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other relevant personnel as necessary.
  • Participate in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Engage in additional responsibilities as needed to fulfill your role.

Required Qualifications:

  • A master's degree in social work or a related behavioral science field from an accredited institution.
  • Must be a licensed mental health professional in the state of Maryland.
  • Experience in completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Creative and innovative approaches to mental health care are preferred.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing is ideal.
