Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in respiratory care to evaluate and implement therapeutic interventions for patients experiencing cardiopulmonary complications. You will be proficient in delivering a variety of treatments, including medical gas therapy, humidity therapy, aerosol treatments, hyperinflation techniques, and bronchial hygiene procedures, as well as managing both invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' respiratory needs and develop appropriate care plans.
  • Administer a range of respiratory therapies and monitor patient responses.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
  • Provide emergency care as necessary and maintain high standards of practice.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care from a COARC accredited program is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Care is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid Maryland State License.
  • CPR Certification and Basic Life Support (B.L.S.) certification are required.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (A.C.L.S.) certification is preferred.
  • All credentials must be maintained in active status.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Work Experience:
Ideal candidates will have a background in respiratory care, demonstrating clinical and operational proficiency in a similar healthcare setting.

Salary Range: Minimum $33.97 per hour - Maximum $56.02 per hour, with compensation based on experience and qualifications.
