Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider

Catholic Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education.

Job Summary:

The Advanced Practice Provider will work under the general supervision of the Director of the New England Weight Management Institute and Nutritional Services and the Medical Director. The incumbent will perform a variety of clinical duties, including conducting physical assessments, identifying medical and health issues, and collaborating with physicians to formulate treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct physical assessments and identify medical and health issues
  • Collaborate with physicians to formulate treatment plans
  • Provide patient education and coordinate treatment with agencies and organizations
  • Perform diversified clinical duties in support of Obesity Treatment and Optifast Clinics
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to achieve departmental objectives
  • Participate in staff meetings and report concerns and problems as they arise
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in Nursing required
  • Graduate of an accredited APRN program
  • Five years or more as a registered nurse
  • Current registration in the State of NH as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
