Job Title: Advanced Care Provider

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Care Provider to join our team at SolutionHealth. As an Advanced Care Provider, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in our Emergency Department.

Job Summary:

The Advanced Care Provider will be responsible for assessing, treating, and educating patients in the Emergency Department. This includes conducting thorough patient evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including interviews and physical examinations
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including diagnostic tests, pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical interventions, and medical and surgical services
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure seamless patient care
  • Document patient interactions and interventions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Participate in quality improvement activities, including quality assurance projects and patient satisfaction surveys
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures, including infection control procedures, safety procedures, and patient confidentiality and security policies
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in nursing or a related field
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of New Hampshire
  • Experience working in an Emergency Department or similar setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
