Job Summary

Catholic Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our team in the New England Weight Management Institute and Nutritional Services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in the assessment and treatment of patients with obesity and related health issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify medical and health issues.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide patient education and counseling on healthy lifestyle choices and disease management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document patient information and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and research in obesity treatment and management.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Nursing required.
  • Graduate of an accredited APRN program.
  • Five years or more as a registered nurse.
  • Current registration in the State of NH as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
Work Environment

This is a per diem position with variable shifts. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality patient care.
