Position Overview:
The Outlet Server plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to guests in a friendly, attentive, and efficient manner. This position involves taking and delivering guest orders while ensuring accurate payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the layout and operations of the restaurant, lounges, and room service.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of menus and current specials.
  • Provide attentive service to guests for all food and beverage needs.
  • Pre-bus tables by clearing soiled dishes after each course.
  • Familiarize yourself with the operation of the Point of Sale (P.O.S) system.
  • Handle cashiering duties, including closing checks and preparing end-of-shift paperwork.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures as well as side-work duties according to assigned station rotation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and side stands.
  • Ensure beverages are consistently replenished.
  • Manage the breakdown of soiled dishes and linens in accordance with established standards.
  • Actively promote food, beverage, and promotional items to guests.
  • Receive and deliver food and beverage orders while processing payments.
  • Strive to ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality preferred.
  • Flexibility to work long hours as needed.
  • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently.
  • Capability to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Skill in maneuvering through the dining area while carrying full trays.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with guests and team members.
  • Strong listening skills to understand and address concerns from guests and employees.
  • Approach all interactions with a friendly and service-oriented demeanor.
  • Maintain regular attendance in accordance with company standards.
  • Exhibit high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
  • Adhere to company standards and regulations for safe and efficient operations.
  • Maximize productivity and assist in identifying and solving problems.
  • Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Maintain a warm and welcoming attitude at all times.
