Position Overview:
The Outlet Server plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to guests in a friendly, attentive, and efficient manner. This position involves taking and delivering guest orders while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the layout and operations of the restaurant, lounges, and room service.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of menus and current specials.
  • Provide attentive service to guests for all food and beverage needs.
  • Clear tables promptly after each course.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (P.O.S) system effectively.
  • Handle cashiering duties, including closing checks and preparing end-of-shift reports.
  • Follow opening and closing procedures as per assigned duties.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
  • Ensure beverages are replenished regularly.
  • Manage the breakdown of soiled dishes in accordance with standards.
  • Proactively promote food, beverage, and special offers to guests.
  • Receive and deliver orders while processing payments.
  • Strive for overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in hospitality is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including long shifts.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
  • Capability to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Proficient in navigating the dining area while carrying trays.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with guests and team members.
  • Strong listening skills to address guest and employee concerns.
  • Maintain a friendly and service-oriented demeanor in all interactions.
  • Regular attendance in compliance with company standards is essential.
  • Adhere to grooming and uniform standards.
  • Comply with company policies to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Identify and assist in resolving operational challenges.
  • Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Exhibit a warm and welcoming attitude at all times.
