Stock Clerk

As a Stock Clerk for Traditions Hospitality Group in our high-volume establishment, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our bar remains well-stocked with all necessary supplies to provide exceptional service to our guests. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the smooth operation of our bar and the satisfaction of our guests.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Receive, unload, and organize deliveries of beverages, supplies, and equipment. Stock and replenish bar inventory, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, mixers, garnishes, and other bar essentials. Rotate stock and check expiration dates to maintain freshness and quality of products. Assist bartenders and servers in retrieving and restocking items during service hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar storage areas, including coolers, shelves, and stockrooms. Monitor inventory levels and inform management when stock is low or additional supplies are needed. Perform inventory counts and assist in conducting regular stock audits. Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Required Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years old. Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License. Must be able to obtain a Gaming License (if applicable). Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in a stock clerk or similar role preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including cases of beverages and kegs. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to wear assigned costumed uniform.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort:

Stand and work in a bar environment for extended periods. Lift and carry heavy objects, including cases of beverages and kegs. Moderate to high noise levels. Exposure to a smoky environment.
