Position Summary:
The Outlet Server plays a crucial role in ensuring that guests receive the highest standard of service in a friendly and efficient manner. This position involves taking and delivering orders, as well as processing payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the layout and operations of the restaurant, lounges, and room service.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu and daily specials.
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, addressing all food and beverage needs.
  • Clear tables promptly after each course to maintain a clean dining environment.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (P.O.S) system effectively.
  • Handle cashiering duties, including closing checks and preparing end-of-shift documentation.
  • Execute opening and closing tasks and side-work as per assigned duties.
  • Ensure tables and service areas are well-stocked and maintained.
  • Keep beverages replenished for guests at all times.
  • Sort and manage soiled dishes and linens according to established procedures.
  • Proactively suggest food, beverage, and promotional items to enhance guest experience.
  • Receive and deliver orders efficiently while ensuring payment collection.
  • Strive for overall guest satisfaction in every interaction.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
  • Skill in navigating the dining area while carrying trays of food and beverages.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with guests and team members.
  • Proficient in listening and addressing concerns from guests and colleagues.
  • Maintain a friendly and service-oriented demeanor in all interactions.
  • Regular attendance is essential, adhering to company standards.
  • Exhibit high standards of personal grooming and uniform compliance.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned by management.
