Position Overview:
The Outlet Server plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to guests in a friendly, attentive, and efficient manner. This position involves taking and delivering guest orders, as well as processing payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the layout and operations of the restaurant, lounges, and room service, including the roles of each position.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of menus and current specials.
  • Provide attentive service to guests for all food and beverage needs.
  • Clear tables promptly after each course.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (P.O.S) system effectively.
  • Handle cashiering duties, including closing checks and preparing end-of-shift paperwork.
  • Follow opening and closing procedures and complete side-work duties as assigned.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and side stations.
  • Ensure beverages are replenished consistently.
  • Manage the breakdown of soiled dishes and linens according to established standards.
  • Proactively promote food, beverage, and special items to guests.
  • Receive and deliver food and beverage orders while processing payments.
  • Strive for overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible and extended hours as needed.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
  • Capability to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Skill in navigating the dining area while carrying full trays.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with guests and team members.
  • Strong listening skills to address concerns from guests and colleagues.
  • Approach all interactions with a friendly and service-oriented demeanor.
  • Maintain regular attendance in accordance with company standards.
  • Exhibit high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulations to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Focus on productivity and assist in identifying and resolving issues.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving abilities as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Maintain a warm and welcoming attitude at all times.
