At GXO Logistics, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director, Chief of Staff to CEO. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our President and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee overall operational activities on behalf of the President, ensuring seamless execution and effective decision-making.
- Track and orchestrate performance management processes to drive business execution and strategic projects.
- Manage escalations, aggregate information, and provide actionable intelligence to support executive business requirements.
- Develop and maintain high-quality reports, briefings, and presentations to ensure effective information sharing and decision-making.
- Establish standards for President presentations and drive Regional Priority Plans to ensure workstream leaders and projects are properly synchronized.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
- ~7+ years of experience in an executive capacity, working with the C-Suite for at least 5 years.
- Strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
