Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathology Assistant to support our pediatric clients in their journey towards improved communication skills. You will be responsible for implementing the treatment strategies developed by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the treatment plan established by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Provide therapeutic services to children facing challenges with speech, language, or swallowing disorders.
- Work under the guidance of a licensed professional to ensure quality care.
- Monitor and document the client's progress and any changes in their condition, reporting these to the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist promptly.
- Collaborate with the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist to adjust treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and progress.

Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited speech and audiology program is required.
- Current licensure as a speech-language assistant is mandatory, along with the maintenance of observation and supervision records.
- Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking, is essential.
- A valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance are required.
- Compliance with annual TB screening and maintenance of CPR certification is necessary.
- Familiarity with computer software for documentation purposes, with a preference for MS Office skills.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 20 pounds continuously to move objects.
