Nooks is a cutting-edge platform that empowers sales reps to focus on high-value tasks, leveraging AI tools, automation, and real-time collaboration to streamline their workflow.

The Problem

Sales pipeline management is critical for growing companies, with many B2B organizations relying on teams of sales/business development representatives (SDRs/BDRs) to identify, contact, and qualify new potential customers.

SDRs/BDRs spend a significant amount of time on prospecting, research, email and LinkedIn messaging, and calling, which can be time-consuming and manual.

Nooks' Solution

Nooks offers a comprehensive platform that automates end-to-end workflows around sales calls, including AI dialer, analytics, and salesfloor features.

Our customers use Nooks for an average of 3 hours per business day, and we've seen a 2-3x increase in reps' productivity within weeks.

The Role

We're seeking a strategic thought partner to support Nooks' growth by acting as a key advisor to department heads on org design, building diverse pipelines, and recruiting processes.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 1 year in-house, and a proven track record of delivering hires that map to our organizational values.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for talent acquisition at Nooks.
  • Work with senior leadership on headcount planning and role prioritization.
  • Own recruiting analytics to inform decision-making and report progress to the business.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 1 year in-house.
  • At least 2 years of in-house tech or business/GTM recruiting experience within a growth-mode startup.
  • BA/BS degree or higher.

We offer competitive compensation, equity, generous perks, and comprehensive benefits. The target salary range for this role is $160,000 - $230,000.
