**Job Title:** Program Coordinator Assistant

The Capitol Region Education Council (CREC) is seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Coordinator Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the success of our programs.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate program activities, including scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Support the Program Director in maintaining program documentation, including health records, inventory management, and program evaluation.
  • Collaborate with staff members to provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to inform program decisions and improve outcomes.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with adaptability and flexibility.

**Salary:** $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
