We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Home Care Scheduler to join our team at Georgina Home Care LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in coordinating internal and external staffing needs, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling information and staff assignments
  • Maintain up-to-date records of on-call and backup staff
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers, managers, and clients regarding schedule changes or updates
  • Assist in hiring, training, and management of new staff members

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs

Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
