Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Human Resources to join our Environmental and Infrastructure business unit. As a strategic business partner, you'll work closely with our BU President, Practice Leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive engagement and execute HR strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization's growth and success.

Responsibilities
  • Provide HR guidance and advice to all levels of management, from team leaders to executive leaders, on HR policy and procedures.
  • Be a credible activist for our clients, team, HR peers, and TRC's mission.
  • Have a positive can-do attitude and be an innovative problem solver.
  • Lead a team of HR professionals in implementing HR initiatives that promote employee growth and satisfaction.
  • Identify training needs for individuals and create learning and development plans utilizing the TRC Academy.
  • Collaborate with the business leaders, Legal team, and VP HR Compliance to create sustainable solutions for employee relations.
  • Travel when required (less than 10%).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Evidence of exceptional ability.
  • 10+ years of HR Leadership and HRBP experience.
  • Must have service industry experience in the Environmental and Infrastructure industry.
  • Strong generalist HR experience from a multi-site/multi-state environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to develop positive and trusting working relationships across all levels and functions.
  • Proven track record of positively influencing teams and their leaders (change management).
  • Ability to connect and engage with all teams at all levels and treat everyone with dignity and respect.
  • Comfortable working in a lean, dynamic, fast-paced, growing, and constantly changing environment.
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
