Office Administrator

Anglin Consulting, LLC is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services. We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinics.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
We offer a competitive salary of $**60,000 - $80,000 per year**, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies, maintaining inventory lists, and placing requisition orders as necessary. They will also perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and answering/directing phone calls.
In addition, the Office Manager will be responsible for guiding staff in adhering to company policy and procedure, and assisting with office layout planning and IT infrastructure management.
We require a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, and at least 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, stand, navigate areas to accomplish tasks, pushing, lifting, and grasping.
