Anglin Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Director for Clinical Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinics.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years of experience in an administrative role, with exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.

This role involves overseeing the administrative duties in the office, ensuring that the office is operating smoothly, and managing office supplies and treatment material inventory. The successful candidate will also be responsible for guiding staff in adhering to company policy and procedure, maintaining staff schedules, and coordinating parent and clinician's schedules.

About the Position:

  • Manage office supplies, treatment material inventory, and maintain inventory lists.
  • Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and answering/directing phone calls.
  • Receive and sort incoming/outgoing mail, fax, and deliveries.
  • Guide staff in adhering to company policy and procedure.
  • Maintain staff schedules, coordinate parent and clinician's schedules.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
