Job Overview

CorDx is a leading healthcare diagnostic manufacturer dedicated to delivering high-quality diagnostic solutions. As a Strategic Marketing Leader, you will develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase market share, and generate revenue.

This role requires strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and leadership to navigate the rapidly evolving IVD market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our business goals.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to position CorDx Inc. as a leader in the IVD industry.
Brand Management
  • Brand Enhancement: Enhance and maintain the CorDx Inc. brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Brand Building: Develop brand-building strategies that elevate our market presence and customer engagement.
Campaign Development and Execution
  • Campaign Design: Design, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
Leadership and Team Management
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the marketing team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Provide mentorship, set clear goals, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the IVD or related healthcare industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, strong understanding of the IVD market, products, and regulatory environment, and exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience.
