We are seeking a seasoned Vice President of Human Resources to drive organizational effectiveness and foster a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of progressive HR experience, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, and strong business acumen.

Job Overview:

  • This pivotal role requires strategic thinking, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to integrate HR strategies with business needs.
  • The successful candidate will oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies, ensuring that HR practices support the overall business objectives.
  • A proven track record in employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a trusted advisor on the executive leadership team, providing insights and solutions to drive organizational effectiveness.
  2. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring that HR practices support the overall business objectives.
  3. Foster a positive workplace culture by managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts.
  4. Establish an effective performance management framework that aligns associate performance with organizational objectives.
  5. Guide managers on performance appraisal processes, coaching, and feedback.
  6. Ensure ongoing training and development programs are in place to enhance associate skills and career growth.
  7. Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs that meet the needs of associates and comply with regulations.
  8. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR services.
  9. Partner with executives, business leaders, and other departments to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  10. Maintain relationships with external HR vendors, consultants, and service providers to optimize HR services.
