Position Overview

We are in search of a meticulous and organized individual to fill the role of Full Charge Bookkeeper. This position is initially part-time (20 hours per week) with the opportunity to evolve into a full-time position within a 6 to 12-month timeframe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients
  • Establish and maintain accurate financial records for clients
  • Leverage cloud-based systems and workflows for efficiency
  • Create comprehensive reports for clients based on financial and production metrics
Qualifications

Required:

  • At least 4 years of experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Certification in QuickBooks Online or a commitment to obtain it within 90 days

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5 or more years of pertinent experience
  • Familiarity with tools such as Karbon, Gusto, BILL, Dext, Slack, and Google Drive
