  • Project Management
    • Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
    • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction.
    • Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and technical expertise.
    • Understand client needs and translate them into effective engineering solutions.
    • Conduct site visits, attend client meetings, and provide regular project updates.
  • Business Development
    • Support proposal development and cost estimation activities.
    • Contribute to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
    • Stay informed about market trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in high-voltage substation and transmission design, with demonstrated project leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in power system analysis software, such as ETAP or PSS/E.
  • Strong understanding of substation automation and control systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
