Job Title: Bookkeeper - E5

At People Driven Technology, Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to support our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software and a strong background in general accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for multiple investment LLCs and Real Estate Holding Companies
  • Prepare and send regular invoices to customers and tenants, monitoring receivable balances
  • Review and process vendor bills, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinate year-end reporting with our CPA, including year-end adjustments
  • Reconcile bank activity within our accounting system on a monthly basis
  • Assist with various maintenance needs of our buildings and tenants
  • Implement asset tracking and control measures
  • Monitor cash flow and compare it to our internal budgets
  • Produce regular financial reports for investors and senior management
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Progressive experience in general accounting functions
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, with higher education preferred
