Job Overview

Storm King Art Center is seeking a highly skilled HR Director - Culture and Inclusion to lead key HR functions and foster a vibrant, inclusive culture that supports the organization's mission and values.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape employee experiences and drive engagement in a dynamic, creative environment. The successful candidate will partner with the COO to design, implement, and evaluate HR programs and practices that align with Storm King's strategic goals and culture.

The estimated salary for this position is $78,000 - $88,000 annually, with a hybrid work environment offering flexibility and balance. As a member of the Storm King team, you will be part of our mission to protect and celebrate both the creative and the natural world around us.
