Job Title: Administrative Protocol Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Protocol Specialist to support our team in providing high-level administrative support to senior government officials. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning, coordinating, and executing complex events, ceremonies, and social functions for dignitaries and high-ranking officials.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate, and execute administrative and logistical support for official and social functions, including event agenda, invitations, flag displays, receptions, and receiving lines.
* Develop and communicate distinguished visitor itineraries and engage in protocol activities across the agency in accordance with DoD and MDA directives, policies, and procedures.
* Prepare invitations, sequence of events, IPR documents, and briefings using MDA provided templates and guidance.
* Conduct the planning, briefing, and execution of approved VIP/entertaining activities, receptions, receiving lines, luncheons/dinners, and special events.

Requirements:
* High School diploma or equivalent plus 2 years completed college courses and 4 years' relevant protocol experience OR 7 years of relevant protocol experience supporting the Federal Government or DOD.
* 4 years' experience planning, coordinating, executing, and providing logistical support for conference meetings, ceremonies, and social functions.
* 4 years' experience and knowledge of military regulations, military customs and courtesies.
* Secret Clearance Required.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year,
