Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our team at Carolina Asthma and Allergy Center Master. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Check-In and Check-Out: Ensure accurate and efficient patient registration, verification, and check-out processes.
  • Phone and In-Person Support: Respond to patient inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage patient records, update demographic information, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Quality and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhere to HIPAA guidelines, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One year of experience in customer service, reception, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in computer software applications.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position in a well-lighted office environment. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
