About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative at GC Services, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. You will be a creative problem solver, results-oriented, and empathetic customer partner that connects, navigates, influences, and provides solutions.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the Storefront lobby.
Perform opening and closing duties in the Storefront lobby.
Process mail and fax applications, correspondence received via mail or fax, account replenishments, account closures, and payment return correspondence.
Maintain an above-average attendance record.
Scan documentation for attachment to accounts.
Maintain good working relationships with assigned supervisors and coworkers.
Work safely without presenting a threat to self or others.
Negotiate payments and fee reductions up to established limits.
Review notices and verify data through the use of several computer systems.
Record individual completed daily work statistics.
Troubleshoot situations accurately, quickly, and efficiently for phone customers.
Assist other departments or functions with tasks when needed.
Perform additional duties as required by management.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions.
Possess computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Superb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need us.
