Role SummaryThis position encompasses various duties, including overseeing gym activities, coordinating youth and family events, and coaching youth sports. The role is part-time and requires on-site presence with adaptable hours.
Primary Responsibilities- Monitor the safety and enjoyment of participants during gym sessions.
- Facilitate sports classes for children across different age groups on both weekdays and weekends.
- Organize and implement engaging events for youth and families, such as arts and crafts, games, and enrichment activities.
- Build and nurture relationships with teens and families within the community.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
- Experience in sports and working with youth is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities are essential.
- Current certifications in CPR, AED, and Basic First Aid are mandatory.
