As a full-time member of the Branch Resource Team, you will participate in proactive sales and customer service initiatives, including processing teller transactions.

Members of the Branch Resource Team will travel among their designated branches, with work locations potentially changing each day. Reliable transportation is essential for those in the Branch Resource Team to facilitate operations across multiple branches.

Your primary responsibility is to maintain and enhance consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial objectives and needs, and recommending suitable deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.

In a concierge capacity, you will assist walk-in customers, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of transactions while delivering exceptional customer service. You will also effectively address customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a strong comfort level with technology and guide customers on optimizing their use of banking technology (online, mobile, and ATM services) to enhance convenience and financial management.

Possess proficiency in consumer deposit offerings and consumer lending.

Actively seek opportunities to expand customer relationships through a structured sales approach, follow-up with new customers, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from clients and partners.

Educate and connect customers with other bank departments to strengthen relationships and build robust internal collaborations in accordance with OCR guidelines.

Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Exhibit expertise in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, and communication while engaging in proactive sales and customer service activities, including teller transactions.

As a member of the Branch Resource Team, you will support a designated group of branches within Huntington's Branch Network.

Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.


Qualifications:


High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or military service in a relevant role, or a Bachelor's Degree.


Preferred Skills:
1 year or more of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-oriented retail sales.
Experience with cash handling.
Familiarity with technology, including mobile and online banking services.

Exempt Status:
(Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
