Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Welcoming and registering patients
  • Verifying patient details
  • Facilitating communication between patients and healthcare professionals
  • Managing multi-line phone systems
  • Collecting necessary patient information
  • Providing forms and documentation to patients
  • Processing payments and organizing appointments
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Reminding patients of their appointments and assisting with scheduling
  • Offering support and guidance to patients throughout their visit
