  • Associate Development: Aid in recruiting, hiring, and monitoring the development of store associates, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Customer Experience: Serve as an example in providing a premium customer experience, building relationships with consumers and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Visual Merchandising and Brand Presentation: Support management in maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation, ensuring a consistent and appealing store environment.
  • Financial Management: Ensure financial objectives and controls are consistently and correctly managed, maintaining a high level of financial acumen.
  • Store Operations: In the absence of store management, provide leadership necessary to ensure the store consistently operates to Tempur-Pedic standards.
  • Culture and Collaboration: Foster and support a collaborative and open environment across all areas of the company, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years retail management experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) with high-end luxury and/or custom products.
  • Sales and Leadership Skills: Strong sales skills in a consultative environment, demonstrated ability to effectively lead, direct, and train others in a store setting.
  • Technical Skills: Skilled at current best practice retail methods, procedures, and standards, fluency with current retail software/computer systems.
  • Team Player: Demonstrated team player able to both lead and follow, flexibility in work schedule reflecting the needs and patterns of store hours.
