  • Culture and Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and open environment across all areas of the company.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of retail management experience with high-end luxury and/or custom products.
  • Sales and Leadership Skills: Strong sales skills in a consultative environment, with the ability to lead, direct, and train others in a store setting.
  • Technical Skills: Skilled at current best practice retail methods, procedures, and standards, with fluency in current retail software and computer systems.
  • Team Player: Demonstrated ability to lead and follow, with flexibility in work schedule to reflect the needs and patterns of store hours.
