Sales Contract Coordinator

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our nationwide sales team and drive our business forward. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading and managing our sales team, and establishing productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with our business goals.
- Lead and manage our sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are informed.
- Work closely with the marketing department to identify new customers and optimize sales techniques.
- Use Salesforce to track customer interactions and sales projections.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management position, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience in industrial distribution sales.
- Experience in food and beverage industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
