We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Physician Recruiter to join our team at Jackson Physician Search. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top physician talent to meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their physician staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment strategies to identify and attract top physician candidates, including cold calling, social media, and professional networks.
- Screening and Evaluation: Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for client opportunities.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, client communications, and recruitment activity.
- Travel: Travel to client sites to conduct on-site interviews and presentations, as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales or recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Tools: Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software; strong organizational and computer skills.
