We are currently hiring a Technical Recruiter who possesses demonstrated success in sourcing, identifying, qualifying, and building relationships with IT professionals.


As part of the AGM team, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and trusting candidate experience.


The ideal candidate is results-driven and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and dynamic personality who can build immediate rapport and make immediate, significant impact.


Responsibilities

  • Local to Alpharetta, GA and able to meet with candidates/contractors on client site when needed.
  • Develop his/her own methods for identifying candidates from a variety of sources and solicit resumes of potential candidates.
  • Recruit top IT consultants and serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruiting cycle.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews/screenings with potential candidates to evaluate the candidate's work ethic, sincerity, honesty, interpersonal skills, etc. and to assess the candidate's ability to work successfully in the Client's environment.
  • Rate negotiation
  • Work closely with AGM Account Managers to deliver the best talent to our clients.
  • Create a trusting business relationship with candidates.
  • Schedule and advise candidates for client interviews, the first day, etc.
  • Help create your own leads for Account Managers
  • Deliver on services the AGM way.


Skills

  • Previous experience with ATS systems such as JobDiva or similar.
  • Advanced proficiency in recruiting technology such as, but not limited to job boards, social/professional networks, technical assessments, and AI.
  • Ability to accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-change environment. Must possess a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong problem-resolution negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent planning, time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented. Ability to plan the week, month, and quarter with proven results.
  • Determination, persistence, and ability to build pipeline candidates. Ability to take no for an answer. Ability to exhaust all avenues and present the best candidate to the requirements assigned.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
