Position Overview

We are looking for a Clinical Wound Management Nurse dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our residents. Our organization specializes in providing consulting and support services to skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities that also focus on long-term care.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves ensuring the effective and safe healing of various wound types, such as:

  • Surgical incisions
  • Pressure ulcers
  • Bed sores
  • Feeding tube sites
  • Abscesses

The Clinical Wound Management Nurse will:

  • Assess residents' wounds and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Monitor for signs of infection and other complications.
  • Perform wound cleaning and management procedures.
Qualifications

We encourage applications from both Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A current and unencumbered nursing license in Oklahoma (RN or LPN).
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a Long Term Care setting.
