Position Overview:
The Nurse Practitioner at Integrated Resources is responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care services within a clinical setting.

In this role, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic, evidence-based care. This includes thorough assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health issues, health counseling, and planning for patient care for individuals aged 18 months and older.

Patient interactions and care are documented using an electronic health record system. This position reports to the Senior Practice Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient-Centered Care:
- Educate patients on health maintenance to promote quality outcomes.
- Assess, recommend, co-manage, and treat patients' medical needs to ensure safe and effective care.
- Document all patient interactions within the electronic health record system.
- Assist in the development of Patient-Centered Care Teams.

Customer Service Excellence:
- Enhance patient engagement and satisfaction by integrating feedback from patients, management, and colleagues.
- Maintain open lines of communication at all levels.

Healthcare Environment Management:
- Address conflicts using appropriate management strategies.
- Foster relationships among practice staff and colleagues.
- Balance priorities to effectively manage patient care and needs.
- Oversee both clinical and administrative tasks.
- Adapt to innovative patient care models to improve clinic efficiency.
- Uphold the core values of Integrated Resources in all communications and interactions.
- Participate in the hiring and development of practice staff.
- Enhance operational effectiveness while emphasizing cost containment without compromising quality of care.
- Validate insurance coverage and incorporate this knowledge into care planning.

Qualifications:
- All Nurse Practitioner resumes must include a completed candidate questionnaire.
- A minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner is required.
- Application for DEA registration is necessary at the time of offer.

Education:
- Completion of a Master's Degree in a Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and a valid state license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse is required.

Work Schedule:
- The position requires availability every other weekend, with an average of hours worked every two weeks.
